Because it is the most important process of any project workflow of course! Before any decisions are made, questions must be answered. As a designer I feel that it is my job to design productive questions in order to provide professional work.
Since having begun the design program at Herzing College (Montreal), I have had the opportunity to practice this precept with many projects, both in and out of the classroom.
